Vision Of The Future		An aspirational vision developed and supported by the enterprise in terms of the new performance of a consolidated CM organization
Business Model		A business model identifying the optimum operating platform with structure, capabilities, processes, policies, rewards and systems
Implementation Plan		A comprehensive multi-functional plan integrating all CM initiatives required to achieve the business model and Structure
Change Management		A communications plan to motivate stakeholders to support the required overall CM changes and key initiatives they will implement
