CHALLENGE
The Novartis Sales Communications Task Force was charged
with determining the best method and application for distributing
voluminous, frequently updated information to their field
sales organization, both direct and brokers.

Tools (for) Organizing Effectiveness
CMG
was selected to integrate all sales information, including
price lists, brand information, promotion materials, presentation
materials, policies & procedures and personnel rosters
into a single easy-to-use portal.
Routine
updates and changes to the Information S·T·O·R·E
are done by CMG Information Architects on a weekly or as
needed basis.
OUTCOME
Information
S·T·O·R·E
is an extremely well-embraced system, with the average
field sales person signing on for sessions more than twice
a day. It has become an essential component of their daily
routine.
